Vice-Rector for Teaching

The Vice Rector Office organizes and supervises the academic work process in accordance with the development plan and the policies approved by the Rector and the Academic Council, proposes development policy for study programs, proposes the opening of new academic programs. Proposes the academic council for approval to academic staff before each academic year. Works closely with the rector and deans for implementing the action plan and supports deans if needed for different issues about study programs, internships and student affairs.


Represents the Institution in the face of external organizations, institutions and partners, including third parties. Co-operate closely with the quality pro-rector to oversee and advance the teaching and learning process by advancing this process and updated with new teaching methods.

MSc.Florim Gallopeni PhD Cand.

Florim Gallopeni was born in 20.11.1983, basic study finished at the University of Prishtina Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology and then Master in Clinical Psychology through the TEMPUS project. Florim Gallopeni currently is in doctoral studies at the University Autonoma de Barcelona University, program of Clinical and Health Psychology.

Florim Gallopeni has experience in teaching in institutions of higher education since 2010, long experience working in various institutions, clinical psychologist at the Institute ATOM, since 2011, a clinical psychologist in treatment of children with autism, Psychologist in Together Foundation, Psychologist in support of foster families in centers for social work  by Amici dei Bambini, National Supervisory Psychologist at Mensa Kosovo and other engagements in various research and professional projects .

Florim Gallopeni has participated in many national and international conferences with Poster and Oral presentations also has published several scientific research in prestigious journals in the world, recently Florim Gallopeni is a Reviewer in Elsevier journals.
